THAI STYLE?

Thai Style means pouring fresh, homemade, liquid ingredients of ice cream on to a frozen, stainless steal surface.  Chop in your chopping of choice and watch it turn to ice cream before your eyes...and top with your topping of choice, obviously.

Our STORY

In Late 2014, we turned in our America-card for a few months of Thailand's islands and mountains.  While venturing through Koh Phi Phi (below) and Chiang Mai and while exploring the unsuspecting culinary wonders of street-side curries and noodles, we discovered an unexpected treat- Thai ice cream!  To pay true homage to the street-food-borne wonder of Thai ice cream, we opened a trailer back home on the streets of Austin.  While this ice cream style has popped up across the Asian map, it originated in the heart of Thailand!

Why us?

Our ice cream is made to order with local dairy OR organic coconut milk.  You get to see everything that goes into your creation.  More importantly, you get to see what doesn't go in.  There are no stabilizers, food coloring, powder mixes, frozen produce, or bonding agents- just the ingredients that make creamy, fresh, amazing ice cream with that classic homemade taste.
